    A new life, a new team

    Well-known and appreciated in the region for a long time. The house had been closed for several months when someone fell in love with it.

    A young chef at the helm

    The woman who made this resurrection possible is a young 30-year-old chef, Prescilie Pauwels. A bubbly young woman with an outspoken and determined character, for whom this profession has always been a matter of course, even if the path has sometimes been difficult. Starting out as an apprentice, then working her way up the ranks, Prescilie never stopped improving her skills, especially when she came into contact with Stéphanie Thunus at the Au Gré du Vent restaurant in Seneffe. She eventually became second in command in the kitchen, a major responsibility in a Michelin-starred establishment.
